		<description>Totally agree. Some marketing manager at Quizno&#039;s corporate effectively launched a national promotion that cannot be nationally honored--makes sense why a franchisee would close shop. I wonder if Subway has the same problems, especially with the huge discount for $5 footlongs. Perhaps the advertising it too popular to not honor?</description>

		<description>that&#039;s the major problem with quiznos. the franchise owner probably didn&#039;t distribute that coupon, Quiznos corporate did without their consent. they do that ALL the time. the individual store has the right to refuse any offer like that that they deem unprofitable. but quiznos will destroy them for not honoring stuff like that. which is why alot of quiznos are closing. they just can&#039;t make a profit when they give things away all the time, are forced to give away twice the meat for the same price, pay ASTRONOMICAL food costs (with kick backs going to corporate, not franchise owners) and people only showing up when they have a coupon.</description>
